Building/Real Estate Developers, Architects and Designers and Landlords/Investors

ALPS can support developers and architects and (fire protection) designers with full project review and support including but not limited to:

• Proper definition of hazard criteria for any kind of occupancy as per most commonly used applicable fire protection codes like e.g. NFPA 13 (occupancy hazard class, commodity class) and respective protection criteria and design definitions (ALPS considers this the most critical step in the entire design and development phase).
• Plan review and approval (as per applicable codes and underlying requirements) in collaboration with the user and the developer
• Project supervision as needed in support of developer/landlord
• Commissioning and acceptance testing of fire protection installations on behalf of the landlord.
